GENRE AND LORE :
First-person puzzle game in the tradition of science fiction and set in the year 2202 in a mysterious monolith.
You wake up, alone, in a strange place. You don’t know where you are and you don’t remember how you got inside this new environment.
You notice that you are in a locked room and next to you, there is a special weapon that has been linked to your right arm. It is at this point, when you realize that the grabbed weapon will allow you to change and adapt the architectural structure of the environment, being possible to move through the different rooms by solving the challenging puzzles found in each area.

It's been a while since the game was uploaded and we'd love to share more content with you, however, the team has been busy working on different projects, so we have had to stop the development of new maps and features for LightCube for now. Even so, we would be delighted to offer new updates in the future so we appreciate your patience!

Heyy there! At first, i loved the game and the mechanics behind it, it was very fun to play.
I would like to have more levels with the next update,
but i still have to get rid of one thing, in the beginning the game runs perfekt, but at the end it got more and more laggy. :/ So please fix that with the next update :3

Regarding the game performance, some aspects of the game might create some issues by playing it on an old computer, we will work to improve that though.

I finished the game in about half an hour and even though it was a short experience it was still fun, the gameplay mechanics are mostly unique and do feel inspired by games such as Portal and q.u.b.e. The graphics feel old school but that isn't a bad thing as it wouldn't have the same atmosphere without them. One bad thing though is the mouse feels like it has a sort of "glide" to it, almost like using the zoom from optifine in minecraft, that being said it is very promising and I am excited to see where this game could go in the future

We will take a look into the issue that you found regarding the mouse movement, since we are thinking to add the possibility to set up this feature and much more!
I just finished the game and what I have to say is that I found it entertaining and enjoyable, the levels were quite easy, but I guess because they are the first . To describe it simply, I have found it similar to the Portal, but LightCube has its own style which I liked.
Definitely 5 stars ; )

This game was a pretty good bit of fun really makes you use some of the mechanics in an innovative way that feels rewarding when you figure a puzzle out. I wish there was a bit more story in game to go a long with the story on the page. The game is definitely worth a quick run though it's short and there's not an incredibly difficult puzzle but some of them will make you think. my full play through here:
